- IF YOU ARE LOOKING for a religious community in which to seek spiritual growth. . .
- IF YOU ARE EAGER TO CONSIDER religious questions with others who are not always certain that they have the answers. . .
- THEN YOU MAY WANT TO JOIN OUR FELLOWSHIP! Ours is a liberal religion for open minds. We value our Judeo-Christian heritage but we do not require assent to any creed or statement of faith. We believe that all persons have an obligation to seek out truth and to follow that truth wherever it leads.
- We offer an open, supportive community. We look to each other for intellectual stimulation, inspiration and emotional support through all the stages and difficulties of life.
- We seek to act as a moral force in the world, believing that ethical living can be the supreme witness of religion. We seek to promote a harmonious world community.
IF YOU LIKE OUR FELLOWSHIP, WE HOPE YOU WILL JOIN. Any person who is in sympathy with the purposes of the Fellowship may become a member by signing the membership book and by either attending a New UU class or meeting with the minister, thereby indicating his/her sympathy with and willingness to support the objectives of the Fellowship. Members vote in congregational meetings and are eligible for elective office. Like other fellowships and churches which belong to the Unitarian Universalist Association we are an autonomous organization, democratically governed, and sustained by the financial contributions of members and friends. NEW UU CLASSES are an opportunity to find out about our Fellowship and about Unitarian Universalist history. These classes, which are generally held on a Satruday morning, are lead by members and are held at least twice a year. There is also aclass called Soul Journey in which participants share their own journeys that broght them to Unitarian Universalism.
