Opinion piece in OA News

Thanks to EVERYONE who played a roll in making this event so very successful. Each Religious Education class took responsibility for some aspect of the event. The youngest group (preK) made some of the artwork for the walls. The K-3 group created informational posters for the walls. The Middle School class served the rice to the lower income group and shared stories of representative individuals in the different income groups. The Jr. High Group also shared stories. They also made the beans and served the rice and beans during the event. The High School Group served as MC for the event and served the group at the high income table.
